This page has information on my various computer hardware, and some benchmarks I've run. Boot time is calculated from a cold start to the time the HD is mostly silent (think popcorn popping). Free CPU Benchmark (formerly known as CPUMark) is used to run a series of registry, floating-point and integer calculations. The faster it finishes the better.
